Hawaii is pretty magical. Last week was my second trip to the island of Oahu. Since I went last year, around the same time, I researched a little more of exactly what I wanted to do while I was there. At the top of my list was a spectacular view from the top of Honolulu. This trip I definitely feel like I took advantage of my time there and we even got to stay an extra day and a half because of the blizzard that hit the northeast.

The next day we were supposed to leave but got stuck due to the blizzard happening in New York. We rented a car and decided to find another cool hike to do. We drove down to the southeast part of the island where we found the Halona Blowhole and decided to attempt to hike to the Koko Crater Arch. The hike is off the side of the highway and isn't technically open to the public but we couldn't resist. The views were spectacular and unlike anything I had ever seen before. It was definitely another highlight of my trip. My birthday happened to be on this night and we had some amazing sushi at Nobu.
The last day of our trip was spent at Hanauma Bay where we went snorkeling. I had never been before but it was beautiful. I read this week there was an influx of jellyfish so I'm glad we didn't run into any there. I can't wait to go back again... hopefully Maui next time :)
